Welcome to the TELUS Health Provider Profile Change Management page.

You can update your individual or business information. The type of changes that can be done here include:

  • Modifying independent providers and business names as well as their contact information
  • Editing and removing associate providers
  • Add, remove and edit address information
  • Remove associations between businesses and head offices
If you have already submitted a request recently and need to know the status or made a mistake with a recent submission, please email with the reference number.

Administrative users can manage other users and their permissions in the portal on the "user access and permissions" link.

Select “Independent” if you are an Individual Practitioner (i.e. Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, etc.)

Select “Business or Clinic” if you are an organization or you bill as a group (i.e. a clinic, a hospital, an optical supplier, a private office with multiple providers, or a non-health related business like a bookstore or computer store, etc.)

Select “Head office” if you are a head office that submits WSIB bills on behalf of associated businesses or clinics

The TELUS Health Provider Portal is a web-based system where healthcare providers can submit claims online to participating insurance companies on behalf of their patients.

The Organization/Independent provider is no longer in business or no longer submits claims/bills electronically. This will result in the termination of your billing portal access.
