 The sign up process was very easy & after the wait period, was able to use the Provider Portal. I submitted 14 claims my first time out. The software is very user friendly, operates in real time, so if there are any amounts not covered by the insurance provider you know straight away. With TELUS Health I can put in the client information & get instant feedback from the insurance provider. It makes the billing process much easier for both me & my clients. Moving the whole process on-line, there is less paperwork. You get a confirmation printout & payment in about a week. Love it!
